Instead, you’ll work hands-on with small to mid-sized CPG brands that are ready to grow, helping tell their story, open accounts, onboard customers, solve problems, and turn momentum into real results.
We’re entrepreneurial to our core, which means we work hard, move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out as we go. Some days are scrappy, some days feel like magic, but the work always matters—and when we win, we celebrate loudly and often. If you enjoy autonomy, ownership, and seeing your effort turn into real success instead of just emails and meetings, you’ll feel right at home. This role is for builders, doers, and people who want to be part of the action rather than watching from the sidelines.
You’ll start at around 5–10 hours per week with room to grow, earning hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses while taking on real responsibility and making a real impact. The best part is that you’re helping build brands—not just selling them—and you’ll actually see the growth you help create. You’ll work alongside experienced CPG leaders who’ve done this before, with no micromanagement—just trust, autonomy, and accountability.
