Scrumptious Brands is powered by a senior leadership team with decades of CPG experience.
We've launched brands, opened doors that were supposedly "impossible," scaled sales, learned a
few lessons the hard way, and laughed about them later. Now we're doing it again and we're looking
for people who want to jump in and help build something great.
This is not your typical broker sales role. There's no clipboard, no cookie-cutter script, and no "just
check in with the buyer" mentality. Instead, you'll work hands-on with small to mid-sized CPG brands
that are ready to grow. You'll help tell their story, open accounts, onboard customers, solve
problems, and turn momentum into real results.
We're entrepreneurial to our core. That means we work hard, move fast, ask smart questions, and
figure things out as we go. Some days are scrappy. Some days feel like magic. Either way, the work
matters and when we win, we celebrate loudly and often.
If you like autonomy, ownership, and seeing your effort turn into actual success instead of just emails
and meetings, you'll feel right at home. This role is for builders, doers, and people who like being part
of the action, not watching from the sidelines.
The Details
Start at 5 to 10 hours per week, with room to grow.
Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.
